Two Southeast Asian agencies — Singapore’s Action Community of Entrepreneurship (ACE) and Vietnam’s National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC)- signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) over the weekend to foster a relationship of support between the two startup nations.
