Job Description / Responsibility
Maintaining and developing customer relationships with a view to better support and improved services, addressing dissatisfied clients
Ensuring appropriate technical assistance, network services, and solutions at customer end in prompt and efficient manners
Monitoring the service continuity at client ends; reporting the service interruptions, and taking prompt actions to ensure service excellence
Monitoring support quality, following up unattended queries and escalated queries, maintaining clients’ services as per SLA, troubleshooting critical problems.
Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
Driving continuous improvement in terms of efficient support process, customer monitoring, and management operations. Overseeing, planning and designing operational processes and makes recommendations
