International Finance Corporation, investment wing of The World Bank, is likely to invest around $30 million in a real estate company of New Delhi, Signature Global Private Limited. According to a disclosure. IFC said that it will invest in an upcoming project by Signature Global which will cost around $100 million.
Founded in 2014, Signature Global develops affordable housing projects across Gurugram, Karnal and Ghaziabad with 11 projects. It has raised Rs 200 crore from non-banking financial company (NBFC) arm of alternative assets giant KKR in 2017 and Rs 150 crore from ICICI Prudential.
