1.Uber Launched In Dhaka


Uber has launched in Dhaka streets with its “on demand” mobility platform. The taxi service can be easily availed just by signing up with the Apple or Android app.

Users can download the free app from Apple Store or Google Play and sign up with their phone number and email.  Uber driver will reach at the requested destination within minutes. At the end of the ride, users can simply “pay in cash”.

2.Mobile Subscribers raise their voice in the first ever public hearing


Mobile phone subscribers have complained of facing anomalies in getting different call rate packages, internet and sms services from the mobile phone operators. They sought immediate action from the telecom regulator saying that such anomalies shouldn’t be let going on.

The complains were placed by them during the first ever public hearing organized by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) at the Engineers Institution Auditorium.

3.SHEBA Launches in Chittagong


SHEBA has announced its first major presence in Chittagong. One of the Biggest Service Platforms in Bangladesh is launching its service in Chittagong really soon.

Sheba is an on-demand service platform that connects households and businesses with the best service providers. Being a startup, they have already created quite a strong impression in the market. They provide all kinds of services from plumbing, electrical and IT services to managing chefs, chauffeurs and security personnel.
