Freedom: If you are trying to catch a deadline and finding it hard to stay focused, then Freedom app can be very useful. The app disconnects your PC form the internet as long as you have a task at hand. If you want internet access, you will have to reboot your computer.
Momentum: This Chrome app is designed to help you stay inspired throughout the day. It replaces boring browser features into an inspiration personal dashboards—which will remind you of your schedule and what you have accomplished throughout the day. It also shows you motivation images and quotes to keep you inspired at work.
Trello: If you are tired of maintaining and emailing your work schedule to co-workers then you need to sign up in Trello. You can sign up for free, and then you can log in from any devices. Once you have your own Trello account, just invite your colleagues to join. Trello allows you to create, monitor, and assign separate projects simultaneously.
